How long does it take to deliver pictures/deliverables?
Maximum delivery time: 4 days.
NB: We will notify you promptly if anything arises that may prevent us from delivering your package within the stated timeframe.
What is your refund policy?
There will be no refunds after booking and for clients who cancel their events or fixes date which won’t be convenient for the OneClick Creatives Crew.
In the event of equipment failure, lost or stolen equipment or images, the Company shall have limited liability in returning 100% of deposits.
