How do I book a session?

Can I reschedule my session?
Yes! Rescheduling is allowed, but you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Who will shoot my event?
OneClick Creatives is a team of young highly creative photographers & Videographers , who will come together to bring out best from your event. Whoever dressed in our uniform and identifies as a team member will collaborate to bring out the best from your event.
Do you shoot events anywhere?
We love destination Events, we are always available to travel and work in other parts of Ghana and beyond. However for events outside Kumasi, will require the team to be there a day before the event to ensure adequate preparation. Clients will be required to cater for Accommodation and transportation.
How long does it take to deliver pictures/deliverables?
Clients will have access to all unprocessed images in JPEG format within 1-2 working days via our online storage for selection. Post production starts after confirmation of the selection . The highlight of pictures of our clients will be delivered within 7-14 days via our online storage. 15 photos will be released within the set number of days stated above.
A short trailer of the video coverage will be ready between 7-14 days and the full video will be ready in 40-60 days.
Final delivery will be made involving all deliverables being it pictures and videos stated in the desired package chosen by our clients between 40-60 days. However we offer same day edits and express service at an additional fee(check extras for more details)
How many hours will you stay?
Coverage hours are specified on selected package. We will arrive at the event an hour to when the event starts, the time starts counting immediately the team gets to the event grounds . It will be appreciated if, clients inform us, if there will be extra hours, to make the team plan ahead. Extra hours come with additional charges.
What is your refund policy?
There will be no refunds after booking and for clients who cancel their events or fixes date which won’t be convenient for the OneClick Creatives Crew.
In the event of equipment failure, lost or stolen equipment or images, the Company shall have limited liability in returning 100% of deposits.
